Discover the Difference: Traditional Employees vs. Super-Employees
*Prime output refers to the time spent on tasks where the executor or employee operates within their core competency, delivering maximum efficiency and impact.
No! The whole point of our service is that you don’t need to change how you work. Your Super-employee integrates seamlessly and operates just like any other member of your team.
Yes, but not full-time. Your Super-employee works from our office (not remotely) to maximize efficiency within our optimized work environment. We recommend limiting in-person time to 4 hours per week (primarily for meetings or team sessions). The rest of their time is spent in our office, leveraging our proven systems and frameworks to deliver peak performance.
Yes. Your super employee will work with your infrastructure AND will leverage our infrastructure in the background. You will not need another workflow to work with your super-employee.
Like any workplace, a Super-employee may occasionally move on. The advantage? We’re uniquely positioned to manage a seamless transition for you, minimizing risks, downtime, and costs—unlike traditional employment, where rehiring can be time-consuming and expensive.
If you decide to stop working with your Super-employee—whether you no longer need them or are unsatisfied—here’s how it works:
Don’t like your current Super-employee? You can request a replacement, and we’ll provide one change at no cost.
During the first year: You can end the agreement at any time with no penalties or fees.
After the first year: If the contract is terminated, there’s a simple, flat fee of $5,000.
This approach offers significantly lower risk compared to hiring a traditional employee, where you could face statutory severance, legal fees, and other costly complications. We’ve designed this to be simple, flexible, and risk-free for you.
No, unless your company uses specific software that requires an additional seat. Otherwise, your Super-employee comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line tools and infrastructure, ready to hit the ground running.
No. Your super-employee is not on your payroll. We Invoice you directly on the same cadence than your payroll but the super-employee is not on your payroll and is considered a contract worker.
Not necessarily. Super-employees leverage our support infrastructure, expertise, vetted freelancer network, and AI tools to deliver significantly more output (hours) for your role at a lower cost. The Super-employee dedicates 30-50% of their time to executing, managing, and overseeing your tasks. While they don’t work exclusively for you, they support about 2 companies on average, ensuring focus and high-quality results. For those reasons, we are able to reduce your role cost and optimize output.
Yes, your Super-employee works fully for you. They commit to responding promptly during normal working hours on your preferred communication platforms, engaging with your team, superiors, and colleagues, and participating in meetings, all-hands, and other company activities. They follow your company policies and directions—just like any other member of your team.
