During the first year: You can end the agreement at any time with no penalties or fees.
After the first year: If the contract is terminated, there’s a simple, flat fee of $5,000.

No. Your super-employee is not on your payroll. We Invoice you directly on the same cadence than your payroll but the super-employee is not on your payroll and is considered a contract worker.

The Super-employee dedicates 30-50% of their time to executing, managing, and overseeing your tasks. They commit to responding promptly during normal working hours on your preferred communication platforms, engaging with your team, superiors, and colleagues, and participating in meetings, all-hands, and other company activities.
